The answer is simple. A culture change and good coaches. Neumann did it and he had several good assistants like pate and Spell. When you have a ton of penalties and are known around the area as playing dirty you want win many games. Also, you have to teach how to have success after several losing seasons. Under the executive branch are 15 departments.....and just like every President before Trump, he is in charge of all 15. Included are Treasury, Defense and Department of Justice. What 4 should no one man be charge of?

Don't forget that when you play in other states, you play by their rules. Texas uses NCAA rules while Florida uses NFHS rules. That being said, STA looked to be the far superior team all game.

Regardless where the fault or faults lay, the buck will ultimately stop with the head coach, just the same like all coaches before. That's nothing personal against this coach, its just the way the system works. Apparently the coach looked like a great hire, and clubs or not, this team and program is not devoid of talent. In light of that, some reasonable expectations exist for this years team. Again, I hope it gets on track. There is still time for that.
