I have seen this several times when these youngster are very hungry for the big leagues. I just hope he can pan out to be one of the elite ones that move up and do well in his carreer. As far as single handed, I don't know about that. They just need to play as a team to get to post season and farther. All year it has been Jekyl and Hyde with occasionally hitting and pitching jive and hasn't been consistent, but we will see and hope for the best. Go Astros.

I personally have no real financial struggles either but is it worth the many hundreds of billions it’s costing our citizens and country and the global turmoil and the loss of military lives? It’s a hard no. A lot of focus and effort towards nuclear when our biggest terror threat resides here on American soil.

I don’t think PAM has anything to worry about next week, or the rest of their district schedule for that matter. It is overall a very weak district other than PAM.

I honestly can't answer that because I'm not sure what kind of disaster a nuke would cause if Iran had one. There are only a handful of people that know how close Iran was to a nuke, the rest of the world is speculating. I wish prices were lower, but so far it has not stopped me from going places I want or dipping in my savings, and I don't carry balances on my CC's. My Son is doing great. Honestly my only big complain is mortgage rates are keeping the used home inventory low. I want to buy an older home on a couple acres in Hardin County....

HF gonna dominate this game. Size and athletic ability doesnt mean nothing if they arent coached well, and i believe HF is extremely well coached. So i believe you will see HF dominate in all aspects of the game. Rooting for yall!

IMO - if we turn Israel loose, Iran will be an oil slick. Civilians will die If China or Russia wanted Iran to have a Nuke, they would have one. Putin invaded Ukraine under the Biden Admin, I don't think it is far fetched Russia or China could of slipped a few Nukes to Iran without that administration finding out.......but Both of those countries know Iran can't be trusted......and they are both closer to them than we are.....

if the maxpreps page is right they're 23-11 on the year? I get that it's not as good as they've been in the past, but considering the move to 6A this thread feels like a bit of an overreaction. As for the football team moving up, it's not like they've played a lot of good teams at this point. Crosby seems okay. They lucked into an absolutely terrible district apart from two teams. At best their schedule is on par with last year's. I'd argue it's easier. Also worth asking, since we're comparing programs: would the volleyball team getting a high-end D-1 transfer at whatever you deem to be the most important position on the court to accompany their move to 6A have been beneficial? Because without a doubt that was a major help for the football team in their move.

I believe we are there. BH now 3-2 in district and in 4th place. Just moving into 6A does not explain this. BH has ascended through the other classifications in recent years without difficulties in district play. Football is 4-0 in 6A as of today.

It was late when I posted last night and I was ready to turn in. I failed to mention that all the Astro’s runs were via HR. Spence hit a 3 run shot and 2 solos, while Paredes and Walker also hit solos. It’s gonna come down to the last 3 games. Who wants it more????
