This tournament will [u]not[/u] be sanctioned by any state or national select/travel organization. [b]Any[/b] area team consisting of players 13-14 years of age are eligible to enter. All games will be played on a regulation sized (60/90) ball field. Entry fee is $250 per team and each team must carry its own team insurance policy and provide proof of such before allowed entry into tournament. If there are any players who are not currently on a team but would like to play, Nederland Babe Ruth will [b]attempt[/b] to form a team of any such players at a cost of $20 per player. The Gulf Coast Storm 14U defeated the SETX Renegades 13U by a score of 4-3. td Posted March 25, 2013 Report Share Posted March 25, 2013 Thanks for putting on a really good tournament. More teams should come get involved. The field is one of the nicest grass fields that we play on from Baton Rouge to Houston. The field was prepared before every game. Umpires were good. A few of the rules are different but we all had to play by the same rules. Over all it was a very good tournament. Thanks and congratulations to the volunteers at the Babe Ruth organization.
