Kid can flat out pitch, will always remember the outing he had last year in game 2 in the playoffs vs BH.  Best HS performance I have seen by a pitcher.

I second that brother !!!    I don't think anybody that attended that game will forget Brown's performance that night.  And I know the fellas in the Eagle's dugout will talk about that for some time as well.  Excellent pitcher !!!!

I'm sure both were great pitchers, I stated the best performance I had seen and I never saw the other 2 throw in a high school game.  Brown in game 2 last year vs BH and Long on the mound for the Hill was a great pitchers dual, I think 28 or 29 Ks combined,  Brown got the win and controlled the game from the 1st pitch.

I echo the entire thread's sentiments about Brett.  He's a workhorse that sets the example for all the players around him but more important is how good a young man he is.....a true rflection of his parents and grandparents.

Hmmm.... Maybe a bit after the first pitch .... Didn't Newcomb or King get a triple off of him in the 1st inning of that 2nd game?
