Brandon Humphrey pitched 6 innings, James Swan the last inning.  Humphrey had numerous K's.

Alex Blem had two hits, a single and a double.

I was told 6in 11ks 1bb allowed 3 singles. After the first inning lumberton never really threatened again.

Brandon Humphrey has stepped-up and has been really been impressive this year.

Dillon Young is another one who has stepped-up as well.

For the most part, the Bears pitching has been great.  Unfortunately we seem to have too much alignment with walks and defensive lapses in the field in the same inning.  Otherwise we could easily be 8-0 in district but then coulda, woulda, shoulda don't make it.  Hopefully we can eliminate some of that in the second half.
