He obviously has a positive impact on these guys. He also appears to be a no non-sense style of coach. You best not try and get into his face. Coach Jones has some tenure at WB, and is familiar with the history and successes WB has had over the years. He also understands the challenges that lay in front of him, with regards to the field house situation, and having to deal with the politics at BISD. I think he would be a good fit.
