If you have heard me on the OT Scoreboard Show, or the KSET Show last Friday, or on our BISD broadcasts, you have heard me say that I wasn't a believer in Vidor, and thought they were a little over-hyped....

I'm not too much of a man to say I was wrong, and I believe this Vidor team can challenge anyone in 20-4A and make a run into late November....

Good solid offensive attack, aggressive defense, and I think Montana Quirante is, as of today, the best football player in the district for sure....

Montana is a beast!!!!But this team has alot of unselfish players on it that really make the team go. Hope we stay healthy..My neighbor plays for the Pirates and he told me during 2 a days that we were making the playoffs then and I gave him a hard time....I may have to eat my words.

All is forgiven. We're used to being disrespected. Just wish everyone would let go of the stereotypes of our past from 40 years ago. Sports wise, we'll prove it on the field where it's deserved.
