If BH doesn't beat Crosby, then Crosby is assured the 1 seed in playoffs as well as a share of the district title...

Predictions

Crosby 28-0 Going for three weeks in a  row at that score.

Dont believe it will be a shut out.Im going with BH...yep thats right they may not win the game but Im still going for BH.

The big game is not Crosby vs B Hill, but....

CE King vs GC Memorial...

If....

CE King should win, they would probably finish 4 and 3, as well as B Hill, and GC Memorial...

It would be a three way tie for third place, two would advance and one team would advance to the basketball gym....

Barbers Hill already beat CE King 35 to 17

GC Memorial beat B Hill 39 to 14

In a three way tie breaker Barbers Hill is done with their two common opponents.

In the two games Barbers Hill scored 49 points but allowed 56.

GC Memorial has scored 39 but allowed 14

CE King has scored 17 but allowed 35

Don't know how the math works, but....

If CE King would score more than 32 and allow less than 21 they would be in front of B Hill, but that seems like it would eliminate GC Memorial.

If GC Memorial would score at least 10 points and WIN they would be ahead of B Hill, but CE King would be eliminated.

Wow....

Don't have time to calculate all this right now, will have to wait after work...

Someone with some time, might be able to figure this out...

Of course....

All of this is for naught if somehow Barbers Hill can beat Crosby.

Crosby wins. BH is just too banged up.

I believe this math is correct in case of a three way tie (which would happen if CE King beats GC Memorial).

Right now Barbers Hill against King and Memorial has

Points for 49

Points against 56

for a total of -7

If....

CE King wins by more than or equal to 12

CE Kings total would be -6 or more

Memorials total would be + 19 or less

Barbers Hill would be eliminated.

If CE King wins by more than 33

Kings total would be + 5 or more

Memorials total would be -8 or less

Memorial would be eliminated....

If CE King wins by less than or equal to 11

CE King would be eliminated....

So....

In summary...

In case CE King wins...

Barbers Hill is eliminated if King wins by 12 to 33 points

Memorial is eliminated if King wins by more than 33 points

CE King must win by at least 12 points or they are eliminated...

No..If you knew his Dad or had ever talked to him he would be blipped out..Would not be able to complete a sentence and proably does not use a computer..But has one big college football National Championship ring on his finger...

That didn't answer the question. Is Merka gonna be ready to play against BH?

Alright enough of the if this or if that scenarios....4 teams make the playoffs.  I wouldn't be surprised for a second if Barbers Hill won this game.  They may be banged up but if they can pass to set up the run instead of run to set up the pass then they may just be too much for Crosby to handle.

"IF" GCM could have scored more points than the other teams, we would be undefeated.  :D

Crosby by 3 if Merka is healthy. That Coog D is tough. BH will give them all they want. Not sure if they have enough "bullets" left in the chamber.

Thats funny, but true.  Merka will play and Crosby should have their full defense back.  They rested some to recover from nics and dings.

The playoff scenario is plus or minus 18 on a game by game basis, not totals.

GCM just needs to win one more game and they are in.  The Hill and King are the ones on the bubble.

The Hill is plus 18 with King.  35-17.

GCM is plus18 with the Hill. 39-21.

King has to win by 18 to go to next level of tiebreaker.

It was somewhat of a shock when the Hill lost to GCM.  They beat the other JV team they played this year. ;D

BWAAAAAAAAA! That's the best you got?

God of Thunder? I seriously doubt that your lighting bolt is adequate enough!

The 18 point scenario is correct.  King is in a BIG HOLE and I agree......the King/GCM game is much greater as far as playoff implications go.  I believe the Hill will be in, but if Crosby beats Barbers Hill and King beats GCM by 18 or more..things will be very interesting.  Crosby and Dayton are in-the rest shold be fun.  I am against 4 playoff teams but this makes the season more interesting.

if C.E. King wins this week and against Dayton and the Hill loses against Crosby and North Forest, King is in. then:

Crosby #1 small (7-0, 6-1)

Dayton #2 small (5-2)

King #1 big (4-3)

GCM #2 big (4-3)

Hill out (3-4)

May not happen but who knows....

If the hill beats North Forest

then maybe:

Crosby #1 big (7-0, 6-1)

king or GCM #2 big (3-4)

Dayton #1 small (6-1)

Hill #2 small (4-3)

You are assuming BH beats Crosby and GCM loses to KP and CEK?

I think it will end up like this:

Crosby #1 big (7-0, 6-1)

GCM #2 big (3-4)

Dayton #1 small (6-1)

Hill #2 small (4-3)

I feel very confident that GCM will not be 3-4.
