toledo bend is hot on trot lines right now. my grandpaw caught 19 head that weighed 206 lbs. and had 2 or 3 over 40 lbs. He uses homemade stinkbait, live perch, and tiny catfish.

We had similar luck two weeks ago..No huge fish though..4 or 5 were around  8 to 10 lbs..

The other day we went bass fishing and on the way 2 where we were going to fish I put out about 10 noodles some baited with baitsize crawfish some baited with night crawlers. I was skeptical about the night crawlers because I thought perch would get them but I had some success throwing the noodles into brush piles.
