Sure will make what year to choose to be a "free agent" very interesting.

I'm so happy to see someone doing something to save college sports.  The transfer portal and NIL are like so many rules/laws that have been passed.  They start off with good intentions, but are quickly manipulated and taken advantage of by sorry people and lawyers.
