Someone asked me when the last time a Houston area team won it. I don't consider the Golden Triangle or Hitchcock Houston area. Cy Falls and North Shore won it, after that Yates(Madison forfeits). I had WB and BU winning this past weekend bringing the chip back to the 409. Quote

They have players who previously played at high schools in Arlington, Carrollton, Rowlett, Waxahachie, DeSoto, and two players who previously played for Dallas Kimball. I found definitive proof of 7 of their 13 players having transferred in after attending high school somewhere else. And that doesn't factor in those who did that I just didn't find proof, or transferred in as freshmen or sophomores before they'd had a chance to make another varsity team. Just one more argument for forcing large metro areas to play up divisions. It's crazy that a little rural community's once in a lifetime basketball season ended against an AAU team playing 3A basketball. No-look1 1 Quote
