Losers complain about "running up the score." You want em to kneel on it at the start of the third quarter to say "your team isn't worth fearing"? I don't see WOS quitting.

That defense for years was known as the "chain gang defense" suddenly one season it offended some one and became known as the "blue link" defense. SMH!

I am sitting here at ATT Stadium watching the game and I believe Carthage could probably give some of these 5A and 6A teams playing next and tomorrow all they could handle.

They beat Kilgore this year. Would’ve probably beaten Stephenville. You’d have to get up to 5A before you’d find maybe a couple of teams that they wouldn’t be favored to beat. They’d be a top-5 team in either 5A classification with a legitimate chance to make it to state

Just because you get to state, doesn’t mean you stray away from what you’ve done ALL YEAR. Carthage has punted less than 5 times All YEAR long. Why start now? 
 

Surratt has a number in his head to reach, so he pulls the starters and give backups time on this big stage….However, whatever, it takes to reach that number or that time on the clock he does….hence the “razzle dazzle” plays.

 

you will now see 2nd team, followed by 3rd and jv/freshmen players….same format we’ve done ALL year.

Could you imagine being a Carthage fan over the years? Truly amazing what SS has done there. I could only imagine that sort of success, not that WO-S hasn't had some success of their own. This is unlike anything anyone's ever seen.
