He will fill that time with rest and strengthening exercises and be reevaluated to see if he can resume a throwing program. "We'll see how my body recovers and how it's taking on rehab," Hader said. "Right now for me, I'm trying to get as strong as I can for these next three weeks and see where I go from there." Once he's able to throw again, Hader said he would need an additional ramp-up period of about three weeks in order to pitch in games, which would likely rule him out of the remainder of the regular season. But, the six-time All-Star hopes to return in the postseason for the Astros, who entered Saturday leading the American League West by a half-game over Seattle. rupert3 1 Quote

rupert3 Posted 12 hours ago Report Posted 12 hours ago Crazy walkoff single for Urias in the 12th 5-4 win only 8 hits but pitching decent I guess. It's a start Quote
baddog Posted 3 hours ago Author Report Posted 3 hours ago Orioles 1st baseman’s defense on the squeeze bunt was awesome. Gloved it to home. Alexander has been pitching well except for the 2 run dinger, but that’s baseball. Hang one out over the plate and it’s gone. The way the Astros have been playing at home, it’s nice to get a win for the home crowd. I’ll take it. Lol rupert3 1 Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted 49 minutes ago Report Posted 49 minutes ago Cristian Javier gets his 2nd start of the year this afternoon. I thought Astro pitching did a phenomenal job last night late in game. Shut down Orioles in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th inning when they had runners in scoring position with no outs. Abreu gave up a double in the 9th but then struck out the next three to end the threat. De Los Santos was money in the 11th and 12th to get the win. baddog and rupert3 2 Quote
