What did you do growing up that helped you in today's game?

I played alot of whiffle ball and anything that had to do with baseball that would teach me the game.

We played stick ball at the end of the road with all the kids in the neighborhood. The other thing was my Dad set up a tire swing in the back......But we never swung on it. It was a batting tee!LOL We hit against it to see how many times we could spin it and threw balls threw it.

wall catch, pick up games, pepper, HRDerby, burn out, tires, throw back net, ball on a rope, and any other thing that kept my mind on the game and not on those things that would bring you down. Anything is better than nothing. Idol hands are the devils playgorund. tees, soft toss, catch, oneside, pull and push, slaps, and tons more.
