Lovelady is still on a high from their playoff run in football.

They have some talent, but I really think they at their peek.

Big Sandy should win this by at least 8.

I would really like to see a rematch between them and WH in the reg. finals..................but that is still a LONG way off.

I personally know nothing about Lovelady, nor have I seen them play this year...However, I am still standing firm behind Big Sandy; they have a team full of well coached, determined athletes that will take nothing but a win.

I agree preacherskid - I would like to see Big Sandy and West Hardin both win these next two games, so they can meet back up again....

I am routen for Big Sandy...Lovelady will be a tough opponent though..Small school filled with talent..

Lovelady is far from peek. They are about in mid-December form. They didn't play their first game until Dec. 28, didn't have first practice until Dec. 18, have a new coach, and lost 3 projected starters(2 football injuries and 1 move off). As most teams in mid-December they can struggle at times. Big Sandy will be a tough game for them. Big Sandy is big, strong, patient, and well-coached. The winner will have to play their best game of the year. Lovelady will only get better the longer they stay in the playoffs.

If BS plays good, solid "D".......like they normally do......then they should have no trouble whatsoever cuz the offensive part of their game is automatic with those shooters they have. And be patient with the ball......BS by 8

Good luck, BS and Coach Foster!  By the way, Desertstorm, I wouldn't describe Big Sandy as "big" , McKinney is big, but most of the rest of them are small and QUICK!!!

Lovelady beat Hull-Daisetta by 9 in overtime in the warm up game, and they were fully healthy.  Lovelady is a run and gun team they do not like to keep the ball on their side of the court.  4 seconds and they should be shooting.  Look for Big Sandy to win by about 17.

I'm with you CSI.....I think Big Sandy is good at transition Defense. The only one I would be worried about is your big man McKinney. He looks a little gassed when they run alot.
