I talked to Coach Foster before the game. He was concerned about the '6"6 kid getting putbacks, but no other player concerned him in that regard.

This is coming from a guy who has no athletic ability at all and probably IF played basketball at any level, rode the pine his entire life, but he knows what he's talking about people. That's why all his Silsbee people ask me what I think about their program and how they will fair against certain teams, instead of taking his advice. lol

That's not what he said during his half time interview. He acknowledged their size advantage and talked about how they needed to rebound better in the 2nd half against a longer team in Meunster. I guess Foster is blind

BS, Angel Bullock 6'0, Joseph Williams 6'3, Zach Dickens 6'0, Benson Williams 6'0, Sam Richard 6'0.  Looks to be the same height to me besides the 6'6 guy.

I know. Foster is wrong and lying to us as well as my eyes. lol

I think the issue here is BS is not used to exerting themselves for this long.  Not saying they won't win..just stating my opinion.

Also...don't want to be the one to mention it.  But Muenster was 13-2 in football this year.  Maybe BS has a tough time with football kids that are GOOD at basketball.  I know they kill schools with football but those kids aren't basketball players.

I would imagine he was referring to the one 6'6" kid seeing as the rest of the squad is the same size or smaller than Big Sandy, which is what Mike was telling you to begin with

    • What the writer stated wrt crossover votes in the primary/runoff: "Covey and his supporters Paxton and Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said Phelan only won because Democrats crossed over to vote in the Republican Primary for him. Paxton said Covey’s campaign identified “at least” 1,442 Democrats who voted early in Jefferson County in the primary runoff. Texas does not have party registration, but a voter’s primary voting history is public. The Covey campaign has not released its methodology behind its claim, but  This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up  by The Texan news website found that 9% of Republican voters in the March District 21 primary had voted in one of the previous four Democratic primaries. However, only 5% of that group had voted in all four previous Democratic primaries. What Phelan’s opponents did not mention is historically Democratic Jefferson County is undergoing a political transition towards the Republican party — the county judge switched his affiliation to the GOP in 2017 — so many residents have a mixed primary voting history. And Phelan’s allies in the House dismissed the idea that liberals swung the election. "I knocked on doors, hundreds and hundreds of doors, made calls for Dade,” Republican Rep. Jeff Leach, R-Plano, said on Mark Davis’ radio program Wednesday. “I did not speak to a single Democrat down here in HD21. Not a single one." "
