The current district patrons let this happen. The warnings from the state started 12 years ago and were not heeded. Quote

CoachDanny Posted November 24, 2015 Report Posted November 24, 2015 It's my understanding that 600+ students zoned to LMISD attend school in other districts (TC, Hitchcock, Dickinson, CCISD). What happens to those students when one of the districts absorbs LMISD? Assuming its TC would they all be forced back into the district? Quote

Clueless Posted November 24, 2015 Report Posted November 24, 2015 I think Texas City wouldn't combine with LM at the HS. That would put TC going 6A and I don't think they want that. I see them keeping LM as a high school in TCISD. They would have a 3A and 5A school. Quote
