they did but tc is working out a plan to combine the 2 in the future

Kids started going to TC,Dickinson, and clear creek isd

This has been the case, when the academics started to slide, parents started moving their kids to other districts. Dickinson what the first district to start taking kids in when my son was a freshmen at LM, that was 11 years ago.

Even crazier that they were in the State Finals in 1986 in the largest classification at the time 5A.

The school went down with the city now its TC job to fix this mess and get those students back to academics instead of athletics

According to TEA last year for the district:

300 transfer to Dickinson
150 transfer to Galveston
120 transfer to Hitchcok
352 transfer to Mainland Prep
58 transfer to Odyssey Academy
436 transfer to Premier Learning
225 transfer to Texas City

If the students were not allowed to transfer La Marque High School would have 500 more students.
