hjspanky07
logan ferguson-hj even thow he is on the sophomore team he is hitting .647 and has 4-1 pitching record, 2 of the wins are against wos jv and hf jv. the only loss is against bc jv. he could possibly be pitching on varsity this year. he throws 76-78 consistently and has good control and great curveball and change-up. Big Stik
Logan Fergerson-HJ, Josh Skinner-Silsbee, Chase Kelly-Silsbee, Eric Matthews-BC and Nick Walters-Silsbee all played together this past summer and they all did a excellent job. You could not have asked for a better group of players, They all gave 110% every game and the the best part was that they played with a lot of pride and respect for the game of Baseball. Cat22
Zach Peevy has been hitting in the two spot. Not bad for a Freshman. He will be good for us for the next few years.

hurricanesbaseballfan20
March 24, Logan Ferguson-HJ went 3-4 against Anthony Cessac with a Triple, 2 singles 4rbi's...and a run scored... Also he looked solid on the hill throwing 4innings with 2 earned runs...not HJ's best outing though got out of control in the later innings to give Hj their 3 loss (first sophmore loss...all others to jv teams.) adminbaberuth
Taylor Eaves of Hamshire-Fannett starts at 2nd base as a Freshman. Zach Peevy of Orangefield can play and will be a good one.
SETXscout411
Man I attended the HJ-BC game and was not that impressed with either team...Ferguson did look good...So did Cessac...Both teams had thier share of high points in the game...they both also had thier share of errors...overall not a bad game untill the HJ let 7 pass balls go by all resulting in BC runs...BC clearly came ready to play winning 11-6 in 7 innings... note(this 6:00 game was game 2 of hj's double header that day previously beating silsbee at 4:00pm)
