This is what it is beginning to sound like...  What is the Coldspring administration going to do when he resigns on the last possible day to resign?  Especially if his staff is on board with the same and they all leave as well... Will be tough to find a decent staff at that point, You would think they would at least pay him off or do something to protect themselves against being left high and dry??

I met two of his sons at the relay for life yesterday. One who is in his first year playing college ball who weights about 278 pounds. The other son is a soph. and he plays QB. Should be a good asset to Newton football.

 I hear that WT went back into the hospital, I hear it was an intestinal infection and that his lungs are doing good. WT texts and keeps up with these young athletes at Newton.  Looking forward to that day when WT walks back onto that football field.

This post is getting funny. Get your facts straight. According to TEA Coldspring oak hurst HS is academically acceptable so no one will transfer. Does a superintendent and school board reassign a coach for no reason. Barbay is successful but he will continue to coach football. And a top football program will draw a lot of applicants. Tullos might have been run out of town. Barbay is still the head coach. Coaches are not reassigned for just no reason. Does anyone know why in this case?

TEA website may say acceptable, but the school passed out a letter to every student during the year that due to the academic performance of the school, students could transfer to any surrounding school of their choice. If we are just going on facts!
