Anahuac looked good on offense in spurts during the first two quarters. QB #6 is a good athlete and ran the ball hard all night. Just could not turn drives into points very well at all. Defense did not impress me the way I thought they would. Way too many penalties.

Woodville looked great on offense in the first half, but started being lazy in the third quarter. Also highly penalized on offense. Defensively the Eagles looked great all night. Secondary needs a little work before next week, but our front seven did fantastic tonight.

Overall, Woodville looked good tonight. We've got several nagging injuries we need to get better before next Friday. Looks like it could be Kountze and Woodville for the fourth spot, assuming Woodville loses to EC and beats Warren. Should be a good one! Go Eagles!

Woodville had trouble hanging on to the ball or the score could have been worse. Having Jackson back at QB made a big difference, he brings everyone else up around him. We have a big game with Kountze next week. A team who has scored a lot points against some good teams. Their record means nothing they have played some good teams.
