That's not what you guys say when you're beating up on teams like Bridge City...or any of the other bigger schools from this area that you guys usually play.

Now all of the sudden they're bigger..so they were supposed to win.

I'm not from newton and nobody thinks BC is good except Liberty apparently. And FYI, I'm not a WOS guy either but they could play up in Henderson's district and stomp a mudhole in any team in that district's behind. Hth.

I think this is what he wants to hear,Newton is 1-2, Newton has won 1 game and has lost 2 games we have a losing record, and we got beat by a team that is north of us (not in SETX)

28-18 was your prediction, Pretty close I guess. I don't know of any Newton fans that thought this would be a Newton Blowout .. I can say I'm proud of the team performance last night , they played hard and hit really hard. I've never seen a team have so many injuries in a game , Henderson was dropping like flies . no Newton player was injured, but clearly out sized Newton still put the hurt on them big boys . There were several bad calls after halftime , one was targeting on a 3rd and long play and for some reason no player was ejected for Newton , then right after that flag was thrown on Coaches . Newton also fumbled the kickoff on a good pooch kick late in the third . Few mistakes away from pulling out a W.

Newton done what I expected. A good, hard fought game. They will be fine. I'm personally interested in the Newton/CC game which should be a great game. Good luck Eagles on the rest of your season.

28-18 was your prediction, Pretty close I guess. I don't know of any Newton fans that thought this would be a Newton Blowout ..
