Oh Really? He's already gone to UT? I didn't know they could do that.
It's pretty common for athletes to graduate from HS in December and attend college in the spring semester. It gives them a leg up on their fellow recruits by participating in spring football drills.

i thought Stelly was a senior
He's a Junior.
-
Mike Stoops got himself one heck of a good player!
Sure wish he would have committed to a Big XII school so we could watch him play.
Good luck Tramain!
-
Congrats guys great job. You would think a player making all state would have made 1st team all district?
It's not too hard to understand. All District selections are made by Coaches. Men who are professionals at evaluating a player's performance.
AP Sportswriter All State selections are made by a bunch of English major jock wannabees.
Get the picture now?

Sure are a lot of kids from the Panhandle & Tyler areas listed.
Appears that Jon Mark Beilue & Lance Lahnert from the Amarillo Daily News did a pretty good job of promoting their local kids.
-
I think EC will be in pretty good shape with several returning starters including:
Dontae Raymond - RB & DE
Daniel Renner - OG
Tanner Mazzola - OG
Arick Hartman - OT
Anthony Ortiz - DB
Other returning players that saw a lot of action include:
Jared Rabalos - LB
Wacey Weiss - LB
Jacoby Carrington - RB & DB
Trey Lambert - QB
Coach Valastro loses a lot of good kids to graduation but his cupboard aint completely bare.
-
They never posted it on their site, someone will have to post it out of yesterday's paper.
Enterprise Super gold team will be in Sunday's paper.
-
Congrats to Hardin's Daniel Marsh - First Team WR & Jordan Nolan -Second Team QB.

ur correct deweyville wasnt mentioned but it shouldnt hurt the poll bcause they are no more of a threat in this district at basketball than they were in football actually less of a threat because in this district you have defending state champs kountze and the one team that historically has been able to hang with them e.c.
???
Why are you talking about roundball in a football forum?
-
Any idea when the lists for AA - AAAAA will be released?
-
Yup hardin loses alot of people..But thats ok..Larry haynes will have a great staff, great players, he builds players..Hardin will win next year cause we have tasted it this year now we just want it all.
Marsh & Nolan will be hard to replace.
-
As soon as they post it on their site we'll post it!!
Patience isn't one of our strengths!
-
Should be anyday!
EC had 2 players make the team. Tramain Thomas was Defensive MVP and Paul Trammell was 1st Team LB on the Beaumont Enterprise Super Gold Team.
Tramain Thomas was selected MVP for the PA News Team.
Congrats to both young men!

Which players will be returning for Kountze?
-
Congrats to all!
From East Chambers - Vance McDonald 2nd Team
Carlos Trevino Hon. Mention
Scott Penny Hon. Mention
-
I think ** means the player was a unanimous selection.
-
Are you sure that you have the right Bobby Knight? The Bobby Knight I know would never do anything like that...
Bobby Knight with a gun in his hand doesn't scare me one bit.
Bobby Knight with a chair in his hand scares me sh*tless!
-
i am in shock wow wow wow hard to belive thay only had 22 yards and the game was that close.the team from waco can thank there lucky star
Sounds like the Waco team made their own luck.
-
where was hardin picked this year not top 3 but thats where thet will finish next year
Doesn't Hardin lose Nolan & Marsh this year?
-
Congrats to all the kids on the list. The one glaring ommision on this list is Brodie Parker #42 from Warren. He played FB/LB and kicked for Warren. He started every game this season with a seperated shoulder and still played the positions great. He started the final game against Buna with not only the shoulder but an ankle that was torn so bad he couldn't walk without a brace.I know there are always a few who are overlooked but this is one of the toughest kids I ever watched play the game.Congrats on your season Brody,we really enjoyed watching you.
Sounds like a gamer. Too bad they don't award an Iron Man Trophy to recognize a guy that plays despite being hurt.
-
EC is losing some very talented and dedicated Srs. but I think they'll be in better shape than some realize.
Most of the O-Line will be back (Trevino & Trammell are gone) and Raymond and Carrington will carry the load running the ball. Lambert got a lot of quality reps. at QB as Tramaines back-up.
Defensively, EC has to replace LB's Trammell, White, DeVillier & Barrow and Penny, Vigers & McDonald from the D-Line.
We're losing some good kids but I think there's some good players that will step up and fill their shoes.
-
Congrats Newton on a great season. Looks like ya'll played Tatum a tough game.
-
Preparation H Shortage in Newton County
Newton Eagles get reamed by Tatum
-
He didnt' have a good year, nevertheless, we all know what he is capable of. Texas will have him looking great.
Mack Brown and his staff do a poor job of developing talent ie: Chris Simms.
Texas may put some beef on him but talent wise, he's as good as he's gonna get. He should have picked another school.
Best Dunk you have seen
