1.
we played a superior team tonight...i give sfa props, they were well prepared and took away the deep ball from lamar which imo has kept them in most games this year...but lets face it were not going to hit the deep ones every night, especially with the lack of a running game...and this is the first season in 21 years so i hope people's expectations werent too high, cause we are going to take some beatings lol...agree effort could have been better but im sure the coaches will address these issues..and im a big bevil fan but he simply has to get better at protecting the football...still supporting my cards, hopefully they will put this behind them and put on a good show for the fans next week when they come home to beamont.  8)
Agreed. This terrible beatdown doesn't define Lamars team. How they bounce back next week will though. Regroup for next week Cards.
2. Slow night. That's two events in a row now. Only a couple fo decent fights. Mir's knee to Crocop's head even looked accidental. Crocop needs to go and Mir has lost his fire. Hasn't recovered from his two losses and it should've been a better fight. Mir had the only KO of the night and didn't get the bonus.
3. Kudos to Right Gaurd for being the first corporation of hopefully many to step up with a monetary donation
4. Snapple donated several cases to the school for the memorial held Friday night
5.
well then, i take my post back, i did not know all of that happened, sorry, did not mean to offend any bears fans out there
None taken. big game for LCM and good luck to Lumberton
6.
It was a INT inside the 30 and all LCM did was hand the ball off
Correct. A lumberton turnover and a couple running plays = 7 more points
7. I also like to see PNG giving up 42 points right now
8. Tremendous emotion motivating LCM tonight. Lumberton didn’t stand a chance.
9. Wow. What second half intro. Wish I was there
10. Live feed works on the sports page
11. Not quite the halftime score most expected but bear fans have to be happy with the shutout
12.
I know that WOS has to have that first game back at some point and I am sure #12 himself would want them to get right back to it. But from Kirbyville's perspective how can there be any thought of winning this game? How can there be any thought of not giving it 112% and trying to win? WOS was the game I looked most forward to hoping to finaly get a clear win. Now I dont know how to feel. If WOS is not ready and we beat them what would that win mean to us? If we do not respect them and give it all we got what does that win to them? If WOS gives it their all under the circumstance and come up short what does it mean to either team? The only happy ending if you can call it that is for WOS to give it their all and wins a hard fought game in OT like last year. I have to root for the 'Cats but for now can't root against WOS.
I really understand and respect your post. If Kville is WOS next opponent the game will not be played with the same rival intensity but will be played more so with respect. You should also know Kville or whoever is next, no matter who wins or what the score is, you will have helped WOS on their slow road to recovery. You will be a benefit to them.
13.
IDK if that was the reason, but I'd love to hear his mouth run now about him cheating. Let's see what Dana White does...
I really don't know either but I do remember thinking all the way through round five that Sonnen never slowed down on his pursuit.
14. I said all along Sonnen handled Silva convincingly. Now I see why.  :o
15. I will surely be rooting for them to rebound and rebound strong, but hopefully the spirit of the game can return for them and their opponents as the season progresses. Even though I'm certain Reggie's spirit will not fade
16.

lil Stump needs to be a bit more calm when in the game. WB will be fine.
I agree. He doesn't have the poise that Reyes has. That, and timing, comes with experience.
It was a tough night to get tested
17. They may be better but both teams looked pretty even until th QB went down
18. Good for you. Glad you didn't try the cooked rice or setting it on fire method
19. tough break losing the qb
20. It is a true tragedy to lose a young person way before his time. This tragedy is compounded by the fact that it could not have occurred in a more traumatic setting for the family, team and community. Simply an unimaginable thing for those involved to go through. The only words I have to offer those affected is to not try to go through this alone. Please depend on Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior to carry you through this and to help you while you search for comfort and understanding during a time that may appear to be a senseless tragedy. This has affected the whole SETX community and you have our prayers and support.
