If the pitcher strikes out a batter, and the catcher misses it, and the throw to first does not beat the runner, is the pitcher awarded with the strikeout? or not? because I have always thought it was still a strikeout, but the batter reaches on an error.
Strikeout, E-2 on passed ball. ........ I think.
 2. Wild pitch with bases loaded. 8-1 with two on and one out.
 3. 6-1 with men on the corners and no outs.
 4. Dogs swinging the bats so far tonight.
 5. Men on the corners for Nederland with no outs.
 6. Dogs putting up some batters this inning..... on #8 right now.
 7.
With the win i think the bears just seperated themselves from the rest of the pack. I know its only four games in but they are playing really good baseball.
They got their separation..... they are now separated from 1st place.
 8.
LCM seems to be playing very good baseball, I hope to see them play in the playoffs.
Unless half their team quits this week, I think them being in the playoffs is just about as sure as death and taxes.
Moving upstream early this year. Last year we started catching them on the docks early though and they disappeared late. Maybe this year will be the same.
let me know when you're up for a trip.
I can probably get you in on some this year since it will be earlier.
Hagler did pitch very well but I believed the Indians got more than 3 Hits.  Gizzi & Provost each had 2, Jalai had at least one plus others may have hits also.  My memory fails me at times.
I was only listening on the setxsports broadcast but that is all I heard. I think some of those "hits" were ruled as errors.
