Exactly how is it that any court will remove a name from a team mascot? I think you are putting way too much thought or hopes for a court that has no jurisdiction in that venue. Ever hear of the concept of freedom of speech? Political pressure might get someone to change but it will not be from a court ordering it.

Does it help a quarterback rather than sitting at home playing video games? Yes. Does it help with timing and his receivers? Yes. Does it predict or gauge how your team will do? No. Will your quarterback be better for having played 7 on 7? Maybe.
