This is comical.... calling a district weak and the pitch forks come out. I do think district 10-3A wins more playoff games collectively than the district you guys are defending. Sorry I offended you guys, it will all be over soon and we can move into hoops.

I think it was pretty clear..... congratulating a team for clinching a district championshp, but also stating this district is really bad based on the results of their non-district games. Im not mad, but it sounds like you are. If you are the staff at Lumberton I apologize for raining on your parade.

The HC at Kirbyville deserves lots of credit, they just won a district championship after being left out of the playoffs last year. Does he stay at Kville long term?

Congrats to L Train, but this has to be one of the worst 4A Districts in the state. The district champ was awful in non district play ( beat a small 3A,really bad Small 4A, & lost the rest) then they turn around and hammer everybody in the district including the #2 team by 3 scores. Will this district win more than a game collectively in the playoffs?

A couple of thoughts & Statements for next week: - Congrats to Kville.... from not making the playoffs to district champs is pretty impressive - Ofield & EC next will be a dang good one like it always is. - Buna has done a nice job rebounding after a poor start - Anahuac not making the playoffs is really bad..... all that talent and you lost 3 games in a mediocre 3A district? I dont understand it. Somebody please give some insight.

Not as well versed on this area..... Crockett is ranked in top 25, Onalaska seems to have played well in the spring & summer, Shepherd & Tarkington were playoff teams last year.

I was told that they are going to rough, maybe they could finish a spot or two higher. I was impressed with warrens underclassmen last year, and I heard Kirbyville hired a good young coach from Center who can coach some ball. That was my reasoning behind the pick. Buna was hit very hard to graduation and they barely squeaked in as the 4 seed.

Any truth to this game not being played next year?

Did Anahuac have some guys out? This is very surprising.

Local AAA District is going to be fun.... With Kountze playing the transfer portal better than anybody this year I will give them a slight edge over EC & Ofield. Its a little bit surprising not to see HJ on a preseason top 25. Good luck to all teams starting practice tomorrow.

WOS VS Newton is one of the best games of the year. I hope they figure out away to keep it.

Only in football.... they are really bad in everything else right now. I think the basketball team only won 2 or 3 games the whole season last year, baseball was about the same.

Orangefield Graduated a ton of guys last year. I am sure they will be formidable, but I believe this is a little bit high.
