Lol please tell me how this has anything to do with football or running a football program/boot camp? The fact that you actually believe that kids were forced to do almost 400 push ups in a 60 minute athletic period let’s me know you should probably stick to being a professor and stop talking about things you have no clue about. FYI I actually know a coach on the Rockwall staff & was told about this situation first hand. Unlike you I don’t get on here and speak on *things* I have no clue about. And I stand by what I said, just a complaint from a few soft kids who ran home to mommy because they couldn’t handle the workouts. This same boot camp that Coach Harrell was running has been going on at Rockwall for YEARS, and up until now there were no issues. There’s a reason majority of the team players & parents fought to keep him in place.

Please understand all #1 players aren’t created equally, is he on the same level as some of the can’t miss top overall recruits like an Anthony Davis RJ Barrett etc no. But you also you have to understand that the 2024 recruiting cycle is considered to be relatively weak according to the recruiting experts.

Yup same requirements they give strake! However I think they’d probably still compete for a state title in 6A -

Again you have tough kids & you have kids that’s going to report to mommy…boot camp goes on at just about every school in Texas (that’s worth a damn at least) and probably a lot tougher boot camps are happening than the one we’re discussing. Tough kids don’t go report to their parents that they had to do too many push ups. No coach in their right mind is purposely sending kids to the hospital, I’m sure it’s kids at NS & other schools across the state experiencing the same discomfort the Rockwall kids felt. Diff is they’re fighting through it & not running home telling mommy. You mean to tell me an entire team did 200+ push ups & yet only a few had to go to the hospital? Common sense ain’t that common
