From an LCM pov, I have to agree 😄

Bold move. WOS wouldn’t swap. LCM will make them play elsewhere. 

Final score 35 to nothing.

From an outsider watching both teams play for the first time (even though it was only for less than a quarter), LCM is head and shoulders ahead of HJ. HJ had two good defensive stands with LCM in the redzone, but I believe LCM did that to themselves. I can honesty see LCM running away with it about 35-0. LCM is a quality team, but not a complete team in my opinion. HJ, on the otherhand, is not very good. They lack athletes and size for the 4A level. 

LCM defense held at the goal line. Underclassmen in and they are moving the ball. At the 31 with 4 mins left. 

Hj finally crossed the 50 in the 4th quarter 

It was impressive. Shut down the pass game pretty well. HJ has a decent defense, it’s just the LCM O Line and Morris at RB are a deadly combo. If they get their blocks, he can read well enough to find some extra yardage. Fun to watch. LCM is going to be awesome if they can get their pass game buttoned up. We only got one quarter in, so I’m sure it’ll come together. 

Hardin-Jefferson and LCM will resume their game 5:30 pm tomorrow at Port Arthur Memorial Stadium. Battlin’ Bears are leading the Hawks 7-0 late in the 1st quarter.

LCM 7-0.Just went into lighting delay.LCM defense shutting down HJ.LCM offense has had several chances to add but penalties and miscues has stop them.

Don’t envy the OT who lines up against him.  Talk about a long night having to try & block him every play.  And in the rare game there is a OT who can do it physically, he’ll out quick him.  

Kid has no quit in him and quick as a cat.  If I’m OC, I’m planning on running away from him.  Reminds me of Vidor’s NG the last 3 years.  Surprised the clips show little double team blocking on him.  I’m thinking 2 or 3 blocking, and then, maybe.
