Did Kincaid throw the ball around much when yall played them last year? For whatever reason going into our game vs Kincaid I thought they ran somewhat of a spread. I think they threw like 4 passes that night when we played.
They have a healthy(big) O line.
Bell the Notre Dame commit is a good athlete without a doubt and plays multiple positions. In college he gonna play CB and I saw why. Then late in the game he was injured(to what extent I don't know).
I forget the kids name but #22 at RB is needs containment the most. He has a good set of wheels.
The Bears continue playing good football like they have been doing then I don't see them having any issues keeping them from winning
Looking like the spread on O and a 4-3 on D. The tackles better get ready for Amir and Jarvis. Those two had a great game against BC.
They REALLY like to run a Screen/Bubble and up the middle.

LCM vs Lumberton is going to be a fight for the DC more than likely.

They were beating jasper until jasper threw a hailmary at the end of the game
Didn't know that.
Peevey will have them ready. They'll have some swagger after practicing on that new turf this week. 😉

Last year one of the Bears best performances was their game vs. Kinkaid. They went on to win their District/Playoff. Kinkaid are always stacked with talent and should be another good test for the Bears.
This year they played Jasper in a close game so you can't sleep on them. I think the Bears come out on top just hoping for an injury free game.

LCM should win easily but it will surprise me if Peevey runs the score up.
Not a lot of depth on the Bears team. If this goes as expected he'll get to test out some of his underclassmen.

IF you follow social media the competition between the stands on who can ring their cowbell the loudest will be better than what happenings on the field.
LCM 42 with starter out at half time.
BC 7

1. It is against the rules.
2. I’m just stirring the pot. Kind of…1-7 to State Regional finalist with one move in who's father was a coach. A healthy Landry and the Bears had a chance to play in Dallas.
To my knowledge there's only been two additions to the varsity roster who were not already on the team the prior year. One was approved locally and the other one was approved by the state. The one that required State approval was signed off by his previous head coach but the local group of coaches abstained from voting hence it had to go to state where it received a 5-0 approval.
I know you're kind of joking but you're kind of demeaning all the hard work these kids put in over the summer and the hundreds of hours of film study and work the coaches have done.
Please don't make unsubstantiated claims. Rumors are like buttholes, everyone has them but these kind stink like Taco Bell. There are a ton of people that lurk on here.

El Campo has Owens… but that’s about it
That was their downfall last year. Kid is a beast but football is a team sport.

Isn't this a WOS vs PNG thread? Stop debating the details of the best matchup in Orange county in a long time.

I don't put a lot of stock in CHill starting out 0-2 they were beat by the state finalist in 4A D2 (Gilmer) the first game and Van was defeated last year by Gilmer after going undefeated in their district. They are playing quality people as you should in the preseason.

According to kogt, LCM had 278 total yards to 222 for WOS. WOS had 11 penalties for over 100 yards and LCM had 5 penalties for 40 yards
Three or four of those penalties for West Orange Park were unsportsmanlike. So that's a solid half of the penalty yardage.
-
What a game by both squads! Not quite the blowout everyone expected but unfortunately we did not get the W. Penalties and mistakes killed us along with our kicking game. I foresee both of these teams going very far in the playoffs if they don't run into a buzsaw. Great game West Orange Stark!

If I get baned so be it. Refs need an escort after this
You're joking right?

West Orange scored on an ILLEGAL play.

A LCM fan texted me and said the Stangs are giving a lot of free yardage. Penalties?
In the first three quarters I wouldn't be surprised if the total yardage is neck and neck.

WOS QB is a beast. Kid doesn’t go down.
No doubt.

The ball has bounced in West Orange's favored in the second quarter with mistakes by the Bears and good field position. Our defensive lineman are basically getting tackled and a no-called pi on four down was detrimental. West Orange has speed for days and it shows. Last year Bears are known for making adjustments at halftime so we'll see if the same pans out for this group.

Dean to Pollock for another battling bear touchdown
