Ty Dennis has Been released to play football!!

I've heard good news on the young man and that's wonderful. As a Cardinal fan, I was proud to see our boys circle up and send up prayers...to your point though, it was BC's defensive physicality that lead to the loss of the awesome weapon. The defense also made stops on 5 consecutive possessions.
In no way am I trying to minimize the injury so please don't take it that way, just trying to make a point that the defense rose to the occassion.
Continued prayers for Ty Dennis and believing for complete healing.

IMO, since BC didn't have a scrimmage, it was a classy move by Coach Thompson and Coach Matthews.  Seems like there's not a lot of class in today's cutthroat world. WOS and Vidor are lucky to have'em. 

Kyle Greens resume,head coaching exp.& proven coaching skills has to put him at the top of the list also.

Oh you don't bash Coach Thompson. Son, you do it at every turn.  Heck, you didn't want him as head coach simply because he is one who will coach the team, not let the community coach it.  So in turn, you have accused him of holding mail of prospective recruits, favoring another quarterback over his starting quarterback, throwing guys off of the team for no reason and finally, blocking the transfer of this young man.
 
And speaking of quarterbacks, if he is so hot to block hot prospects playing somewhere, why did he not block the transfer of his STARTING quarterback, Dillon Sterling-Cole, who has received I believe at last count 11 D-1 offers.
 
Man, just admit it!  You don't like Coach Thompson and you won't stop this campaign of slander until he retires (because against you most fervent wishes, he is not going to be fired).

For the record, Gary and KOGT did cover this game. As soon as he learned BC was a rain out he hustled over to Cover WOS. Can't remember what inning he got there but big props to Gary. He could've gone home and had a nice evening at home. Instead he hustles over to Barbers Hill to cover the Mustangs. Thanks Gary!

LCM has agreed to play BC today in Colmesneil. (game not officially on until things are all ironed out) 
 
But BC making sure it is legal to not play the game that is scheduled with Silsbee (who won't agree to play BC in Colmesneil today)

Best $3.00 I spent in many years. You had to be there to appreciate what both these two teams did tonight. 

Dubois is a home run for BC. People were mocking the list of applicants and all the while it was well thought the Cardinals would land him. No matter now what all went on in the past because that's over with, I wish Coach Dubois all the best and think he's a guy the entire BC community can stand behind and not be divided over.

Major upgrade, BC played abunch of Underclassman this past year. I know for a fact there sophomore class has a bunch of talent! They just need a coach to coach em up! Congratulations to BC on getting a great coach!

Another couple of great teams. Wonder who it will be? If it's the greatest team from setx, I'm sure it has to be a team that won a whole state championship, not half of one...

With all this Bmt drama in youth football, all I have really noticed on Fri nights is that the mid county boys top notch couch potato and video game training from their youth has been paying off.  Thank goodness none of them were out putting in "backyard time" with their dads as 9 and 10 year old superstars.  Jag, luvya, anklenibbler, and bugatti might want to change up the workout regimen.  Just throwing that out there for all the "we win by 60 + because we work hard and your chubby couch potatos don't," comments.    B)
