Beaumont seems like the only reasonable neutral option.... Don't believe either Coach wanted a home & home and it's tough to convince PA to drive through BH to go to La Porte or Stallworth and call it neutral

I've been told likely Doggett Friday night...Lamar is bigger but Doggett has nicer locker rooms and actually wants to host. I dont think either home stadium would be able to host this game properly Doggett is close to halfway so to me Easy call

100% but I feel like BH's depth can weather that storm much better than Weiss can...BH has several capable WRs....I dont think Weiss has a RB in the same zip code as 7...not to mention 7 is also Weiss' best defensive player

Weiss losing their stud LB (who is also their best RB) early has really hurt them....

SOC hasnt needed to throw it much this year, but they can and thats really the difference in this team vs the last two years IMO

Rules changed this year on streaming....if NFHS, Victory or TexanLive picks the game up..then ISDs can't put the games on YouTube..a few small school 2A/3A games in Rd 1 and 2 ended up on YouTube but even then the schools had to pay the rights fee...if the school signs up as a "hometown broadcaster" and does the game on NFHS then the NFHS pays the school

I understand....but you weigh 1 play...1.5 yards win the game you aren't supposed to win on the road....or you go to OT....I honestly dont think its that wild of a call...but like I said I woulda gone for 2 from the 3 and the win from the jump....so going for the win from the 1.5 yard line is a no brainer to me...I'm of the mindset on the road and an underdog..you give me one play to steal it?? I'm taking it every time...if I'm the favorite and supposed to win..especially at home..I'm more conservative

I always feel like there's plenty of variables at play in these things....honestly going for 2 originally seems like the right call...underdog on the road...steal a win...my guess is Willis was on the fence and then penalty and the extra 1.5 yards pushed him to give it a shot.....in vaccum guaranteed points are always safest...but in the scenario where 1 more point from 1.5 yards and its game over vs taking your chances in OT those statistical models may change
