The teams that made state last year are fairly evenly distrubuted..because you'll always have a R3 and R4 team there...teams that won last year were heavily leaning to R1 and R2 Timpson and PNG were there only R3/R4 teams who won last year in UIL 11man

Aledo played Bentonville in 2018...not quite a relevant reference....Bentonville is a solid team in 2024 along with Fayetteville...they'd be good 6A teams in Texas

Texas High has some nice wins they beat the best private school in the state and the best team in Arkansas who would be a good 6A team in TX (2800 enrollment), they also drilled a district champion Midlothian Heritage...they've got some big time skill talent

I believe the team gets the option...I'll have to ask one of my ref buddies

Huntsville is very good and they were desperate...sky isn't falling in Nederland...TCB next week and you are the one seed with a very manageable first round game

Huntsville is such a high ceiling/low floor team...on their best day they can beat literally anyone...but they can lose to a lot of teams on a bad day

SOC isn't what they were in 21 or 22 IMO, but this years team is better than last years team

Just saying Anderson can put points up and could be tricky in Rd 1 for a team doesn't have a strong defense

Austin Anderson is a dangerous 4 seed because they can score...D1 QB and WR
