LCM should win but don't sleep on the Lions. They aren't pushovers and can upset a team that doesn't take them seriously. 

Lumberton with the W here. Coming off a loss to a good Huffman team, I can see them running wild on the Lions to get back on track in district play.

You asked if I was a blind follower. I wanted to know what you meant by that. Like I said, you are entitled to your own opinions about the team, and their decisions. I believe they are making the right decisions and are doing everything they can to win games. I believe this game could be for the District Title.  One thing we can agree on is your last line. Seems to me there is at least one Raider who has some jets. I don't remember his number all I remember is he started a good 10 yards behind a Silsbee receiver on another assignment and in about 40 or 50 yards distance he nearly ran down the Silsbee receiver who was running away from our other player if he'd had another 5 or 10 yards he would have caught that receiver. I don't think the Lumberton defense is as slow as people are thinking. JMO

They are well coached! I went to school with one of the defensive coaches, great guy!

I was poking fun but if you wanna be serious I can be. Firstly what do you mean by "blind follower"? Are you referring to me NOT openly questioning EVERYTHING that a program does? Does that make me a blind follower or does that make  me someone who has better things to do than write a dissertation on how a football program should be run? Secondly, has it ever occured to you that this website would be the last place anyone ever would get info on how to run a program? Lastly, I get everyone is entitled to their opinions, but when you come on here and put a program/coaches through the ringer, when in reality, they don't deserve it, I will come defend them and poke fun at you because I don't think you have any idea what you're talking about. You make assumptions based on your bias, not facts. Programs put their team in the best spot to win. For some reason, Lumberton is held to a crazy high standard compared to other places. Why? IDK, but it is evident when you got a guy who bashes the program so hard. You must have a family member or close friend with a kid on the team, or you wouldn't be so adamant on blasting them so much.

Babin has taken an irreverent football team to a team that cant be overlooked by a top 5 4A  division 2 team. That’s called progress, which I’ll accept. Not complacency. We can build upon that, but I think your expectations may be a little unreachable at this point. Maybe in a few years, but not yet. Give the man some time and quit publicly questioning his decision making.

I guess you still don't understand that this was a last ditch effort type deal. They both wanted to get a game in after all of their plan Bs fell through. It would be different if Lumberton scheduled Evadale, but they didn't. This game was played due to the flooding of Imelda. At least they got a game in and didn't sit the week out. I commend both teams for getting their players and teams together after watching their families, friends, teammates get flooded. Before you bash any person/team on here, try learning a little bit about the situation first instead of making assumptions based on a whim.

Evadale RB is a man-child.  QB was good also.  They had good athletes and good size. Evadale is going to make some noise against opponents in their classification.  Good luck to the Rebels.  I was worried about us playing down like that but it was really good for all these players and coaches to get this game in.  Both teams benefited from it and also took their mind off of the Imelda mess for a little while.

Cleveland is growing quickly too, how is that working out for them?
"Growing quickly" does not mean "they have a lot more talent".
I am not saying Splendora wont win, I actually think the could blow Liberty out, I just do not see this one being a close game, no matter the winner. 

Splendora is growing quickly. They have a lot more talent than previous years. I would not go off of historical stats for this game. I see Splendora winning this game by at least 2 TDs.

Co Champs!? You do realize Huffman lost two district games and Splendora won all their district games right? That would make Splendora outright district champion. As I remember it, y'all were 2nd seed for playoffs and were NOT Co Champion of the district.
