I have not seen HJ play. Really enjoying 20-4a again this year but I watched Lumberton play Orangefield and I think Orangefield takes this one in 3.

I watched a lot more 4A ball last year because I thought our local 3A district was down. Will this be a rebound year or will it be down again?

Both schools recruit...along with some of the beaumont schools. Quit pointing the finger  8)

I like LeBron and the Heat but I still thin they are going to have a hard time against the Bulls, Celtics (if Melo produces and Sulinger becomes the bruiser), and Thunder, Lakers, or Spurs. I still don't know how they will consistently stop a team that has a very good point guard and a big.

We went undfeated in district and shut out a few of our district opponents back in 2009 with mostly sophomore and junior starters in one of the toughest 5a (big boy football) districts in the state and eliminated the state's #4 ranked team in the 2nd round of the playoffs (being 1 and done is unacceptable at West Brook) , who went to the state championship the previous year but it does not matter because we didnt win state. In other words, what I'm saying is you shouldn't brag about district championship like they're state championships. Because outside of the district, they dont matter. [/quote] I think District Championships are very important. It brings (should) a lot of pride to schools when they win a lot of district championships.

Duncan would be my first choice with everything he can do. I'm pretty sure Phil won with two superstars and role players everywhere else on all his championship teams. Papa has done it with 2-3 superstars and role players everywhere else. Both are tremendous coaches but I'll take the one with 11 rings.

[/quote] They were ranked top 10 every year when they were 4A? That would suprise me when there were years they weren't even picked to finish 1st or 2nd in district.

Two people I would take on my team anyday. LeBron is probably the best all around player in the game today (at least top 3) and Tebow, although very unconventional, is a flat out winner.

This is WOS district. They might not win the district championship here and there but 21-3A belongs to them. BC has another good group in their Juniors. They will be fine. WOS, Silsbee, and BC.

I didn't know for sure he fouled him until the replay at that angle. I thought he pulled off so he wouldn't foul him when it was live. I have seen two in bounds plays this series where OKC player have just flat out pushed a Heat player over...arms extended through the process. Officials miss calls. I agree everyone showed up for both teams but let me say this...Westbrook pass the ball to Durant he's always more open than you unless you have a lay-up. Yes...huge clutch by LeBron. NOW maybe Skip Bayless will shut up since he still wouldn't after the Celts series.

Everyone showed up for Miami tonight and they still almost blew a huge lead. I hope we continue to see good games like this. Is it just me or does the hustle of the Thunder chance when Collison is on the floor?

It's going to be very hard for LeBron. Right now...you don't have to worry much about Wade and Bosh. Miami has to play defense though. I agree and I said it before...Wade hasn't shown up for a long time and LeBron still gets the heat.

OKC can shoot the ball and that will kill Miami in this series. However, how do get out hustled in a game in the NBA finals. This is what the Heat do, get a lead and then relax. OKC made them pay for that. There's no time to relax or take a play off...it's the Finals. Loved how hard OKC played every second. And what a coaching job by Scottie.

I don't have a problem with the rule. I like the rule. People should not be able to say whatever they want. If it is attacking anyone, especially an athlete...I think the post should be taken off. I'm just saying let's be consistent at enforcing the rules.
