[/quote] I don't know if LCM has any good distance runners right now. In fact, I believe on the Boys side WOS would be the strong one and LCM on the girls side. Would be a very interesting merge if it ever happened.

LCM should have a good camp.

When I coached it seemed coaches were always supported by parents. I think some one of the best staffs is Barbers Hill.

When two good teams play the gym is usually packed. Go watch PNG, NED, and LCM when they all play each other...packed. Attendance is usually better on Tuesdays than Fridays because of that little Texas sport called Football.

Sounds like some of these schools in HISD are might need to be consolidated if they keep dropping numbers and will have to travel so far to be a part of 3A. Didn't they still have well over 1,000 last realignment?

I need some help to understand this. Last year the salary cap was $58 million. Teams that go over the cap have to pay the luxury tax. I hear that the Heat cannot go out and sign any big men that are going to cost, but yet I about Dwight Howard going to the Lakers. Take a look a this link [Hidden Content] I only looked at two teams on ESPN and added up their salaries and it was pretty close to what this website says. Can anyone explain why the Lakers can afford Dwight and the Heat can't? I don't even know where he wants to go, just thought it was interesting.

[/quote] They obviously have one of the top 3 programs in the state in my opinion. They are dominant in almost every state. Not only do they usually win district, but they are a threat to go to state in at least 5 sports (Football, Volleyball, Boys Soccer, Baseball, and Softball). I don't know about the others...but I would consider them SETX :) I do love their program though.

[/quote] I didn't know know he came from Clear Creek...I thought Dustin grew in LaMarque. He was a great baseball player...also a very good basketball player. He was on the state baseball team in 2000. I believe he was the leading scorer (or top 3) as a sophomore and maybe 1st or 2nd team. He could have went and played college baseball.

Is he becoming AD there or just OC?
