Looking forward to this game, ready to see if that Bruins offense can improve the running game to make them more balanced on offense.... Last week the passing game was clicking and except for a couple of big plays, the defense was outstanding as well.... This years squad reminds me alot of the 2009 team. They started out a bit slow on offense, but they improved every week and we went on to win district and two playoff games before bowing out in the third round. I really like our chances against IKE. I like the Bruins because of the potential on offense to score quite a few points.... I said it during the broadcast last week, there is a lot of unfair criticism of Stump.... He had to run a few more times than maybe you would like to see, but I thought he did his job well against Central.... Don't turn it over and make a play when it is needed.... I'm not real sure that Diboll is down.... They have one of the best backs they have had in a long time.... Diboll will be in the mix for an 18-3A title....

Just a bootleg every once in a while would satisfy that lol.... Defenses do know what's coming when we get under center....

Who has Dawson beat this season? Crosby will have a lot of eyes on them after beating PNG last week....

I've seen teams drop 70 numerous times.... I think some of the biggest potential blowouts are stopped because coaches will let off the gas pedal.... Last year Kirbyville was up like 42-0 on Huntington with about half of the second quarter to go....

I agree that you have to look at the intent.... It is hard to believe it's not racial when the guys holding the sign in the parking lot were white and every other person they showed from the other team was in fact black.... I am a white guy, and I think that the sign is definitely in bad taste....

I didn't even realize until I read this that he was missing from the booth on Friday night.... He was definitely animated in the Memorial game....

Sorry J.T., didn't know that we were in the presence of a genius!!!! I've enjoyed reading each one of your negative posts on this site.... Ozen was considered by many (including myself) as a team that could sneak in the playoffs in 20-4A.... Don't knock a bunch of kids who bust their tails just because you feel like it....

Well, knightrider, I don't disagree with you, I think this talk is WAY premature anyway lol....

So far this season I haven't been sold on Kelly, even though the rest of the pollsters here on SETX have been telling me that they are good.... I was high on BC coming into the season, but they laid an egg last Saturday night.... I'm interested to see how this one plays out... If BC wins, I won't be surprised, they should win.... If Kelly wins, I'll become a full believer in the Bulldogs!

Who filled in for Albritton and how did they do? This one will be a good one....

Vidor is the favorite in this one for good reason, but we have all been saying Kirbyville will figure it out and get better.... Is this that week where things start to click? Don't be surprised....

Dayton is the best team, I don't think there are any arguments there, but I'll say that we will really find out Friday with BH/Nederland.... I think Nederland will win the game, and honestly, I think the four playoff games will favor 20-4A (Dayton maybe the only win for 19-4A).... Top to bottom 20-4A is definitely better....

It seemed like we were saying Davis or Holmes on almost every tackle...

SA learned the hard way last week that you can't turn the football over to a good team like Alto.... Knowing the coach, that team will have a much higher level of focus... SA wins this one going away....

Hopefully they can get it all straightened out before 20-4A gets started... Ozen has a team full of potential this season, but injuries have hidden that....
