Last year most in region 3 thought Manvel was a sure thing then they got rolled (49-28) by Aledo in the finals. Same goes with LM dropping to 3A...mystique alone doesn't guaranty that you're gonna roll over the competition as proven by the Coldspring game. There are some really tough teams in region 3 and LM will have to earn everything they get as nothing is a given otherwise, we'll get sent home early to prep for 2013![/b][/color]

[color=navy][b]It was not as much of a close game as I thought it would be come the 4th. Final score is not as indicative as to how lopsided the game really was due to 14 garbage points with less than 5 minutes as fans were headed for the gates. TC needs some size on their D line to compliment their speed while their "O" had a little more beef but was handled fairly well by LM's "D" who was similar in stature and speed. I can't express how much of a beast LM's Montegut was/is as the kid did have 6 sacks totaling -57 yards...yikes![/b][/color] [url=[Hidden Content]] [color=navy][b]My mistake...one of their 4th Qt. Also, the 7 returning starters from last years district leading "D" will also play a large part to our success until the "O" is clicking on all cylinders in '12. Should be a nice season and this Friday's game vs TC will be a barn burner that will put us to the test.[/b][/color]

Their D is supposed to be their weakness as they lost a lot of seniors last year but they do have that intangible of speed so if they can get it together they should be playoff bound. If they can avoid giving up the long ball unlike last year they can contend for one of the top 3 spots? Seeded where is up in the air but most likely not the top seed?[/b][/color]
