I didn’t understand that? PNG couldn’t really generate any offense outside of #18 but I think he only touched it four or five times, scored on two of them. I don’t even think Trahan had 30 rushing yards? You can see the difference in the way the teams are coached with how many different way Crosby’s staff gets the ball in their playmakers hands. The efficiency the offense is operating at right now is crazy.

We're u ever able to get the stats on this game?

Dang! I got to the end and I’m disappointed that there are no more post to read. This was entertaining. Oh well, now I have to go load up all my trash and drive over to mt. belvieu and dump it in a ditch.

Throw it next to that huge 🗑🔥... uh I mean ant hill where I put mine at!

He absolutely is. Some of them think that living in the same house in the same type neighborhood but having to pay $100k+ more for it is a badge of honor. Kind of how they feel about paying way more for championship coaches to come finish third or miss the playoffs all together.

Ahhh now I understand, thank you for the response my friend!

No need to, Aik is already unhinged enough.

Just like you recently said about Lumberton, people are not happy unless BH is losing. BH, the community, and the coach are constant targets of message board hate. Funny thing, I don't ever recall any BH poster trashing any other teams coach. Our guy has not even had a season yet and outside critics scream. No big deal though, its been that way for years. At the root of it all, the quality of life in Mont Belvieu is what really triggers them. They just love to hate. Whatever. Yawn.

The "quality of life" ,  Haha you cannot be serious right?

Regardless of stats, they’re gonna line up and play. The presumed outcome isn’t written in stone. We’ll see how the ball bounces Friday night. Could be an upset. Also could not be. No blinders on here.

Only thing that will be upset is the PNG faithful when they are delivered a scalping on homecoming night

Let’s get back to the game. I have no idea how to get season stats for the district, but I’m assuming defensively we rank towards the bottom. And assume we must be close to the top in rushing. To the comment above about our defense, we have athletes on that side of the ball, and they do want to make plays, the issue is low football IQ. That puts us out of position on almost every play. Which leads to some better coaching IMO. I won’t waste a ton of typing on the subject, but numbers never lie, and at the end of the day, you are what you are. The only game plan for a PNG win is hiding an IPad in a Crosby coaches hoodie, and hoping he gets caught with it. Now after that being said, I would hope we run the ball 50 times and keep the Crosby offense off the field as much as possible. I do not see this being a close game, however I do see a few ways to keep it competitive. I hope we stay healthy, and have no injuries, which will give us our best chance when we play Texas City. Crosby is by far the class of the district, and I have no problems putting that in writing. PNG is on the other end of the spectrum, and hopefully can pull off a playoff spot, which might build a little momentum for next year. I was glad to see the younger QB get in the game last week, a great learning experience. I have Crosby by multiple scores. All this is just opinions based on my Tecmo Bowl experience.

I'm honestly more excited to see the pregame/halftime performance from PNG! God I hate Cherokee but love the way yall do things over there, class act for sure and allways a pleasure in groves

I picked Crosby, but thought it would be closer.  TC with a couple of scores in garbage time to make this a little more respectable.  I take back the things I said earlier in the thread.  I was wrong.

Hey, your only human. I had a good idea that we could win by 24-27 points but didn't think we would hang 57 on them, super impressive. As for Texas city they played a clean game, other than hitting the kicker late in the game they took the loss like men, Salud! They do have some ballers but I think after we set the tone early they kinda fell back into there seat an never found a way to recover. I think after tonight they should win out. Sometimes it takes a loss to knock you to reality and realize u must be on your game, regardless of records etc etc.

Fun fact: TC had only given up 44 points though six games before Crosby scored 57 on them tonight.

Could’ve and really should’ve scored 70+ tonight but had one td called back for an illegal shift that had no impact on Kirkwood beating the double coverage and another for a holding on a screen pass BEHIND the play, smh.

Yeah I went back and watched it, if there was a hold I didn't see it. That screen play was textbook!

Not sure what some of y’all were basing the close game comments on but to reiterate your question from the prediction thread; no I never expect TC to be able to compete with Crosby. I always say it but there’s a difference between making picks off of emotions vs actual film.

P.S. - Please go take out Nederland next week so we can coast to a DC. BH will have everybody in Crosby pulling for them next week. Hopefully y’all don’t collapse or have discipline issues🙏🏾

    Can I get an AMEN!!!
