HD's "donated to the refs" penalty yardage was close to what they had last week...but it's completely fine tonight because they won.🤣 Heck, we're even praising the opposing team and coaching staff! Way to grow 55!

You seem to have a completely different persona, since you got the "W" tonight. Praising everyone and all. 🤣 You should definetly use those "TASO investigative skills" to review your penalty yardage again tonight...just like last week, HD earned every call they received, and it was a lot. At some point, maybe you'll realize that if that doesn't get that cleaned up, it won't be good. Get out of your own way. And honestly, you're kids play too hard for that to be the case. Honestly, y'all should've won by way more than what you did but congratulations, by the way.

Seriously???  I'd LOVE to share my Hudl film with you. You have a young team and that was shown tonight...they were sloppy. No disrespect at all to the kids they played hard the whole game. And honestly, gettin ejected for "tossing the ball a little too hard to the official"? Nope, that wasn't it...throwing the ball away in a temper tantrum for getting shut down several times? (He was warned for it before the flag came out). And FYI, after you get called, then you MF the white hat??? Yep, have a seat son, you're done. Blame who you will, but Total Yards, Time of Possesion...that doesn't matter in a football game, right?  Our poor punter never got to kick...not once. Your opening drive was "saved" by (in my opinion a bad facemask call on 3rd and long and a fumble, recovered by us) Also, you were given 2 chances to convert on a 4th and 8...no whistles blew but apparently Coach called a TO after the batted down pass? Don't discredit our team by blaming officials. The Horesmen were unsaddled tonight. You'll be ok. Maybe this week y'all can focus on what you can do to improve...don't leave until the ball is snapped, don't tackle when you're on Offense, don't MF the official, and if you wanna fight because you're losing, join MMA. You owe me a blizzard, by the way...

Hats off to HD's #8...he's a good player and he played hard all night.

Only two "100M track kids that run high 4.4's on one of the "greatest natural grass stadiums in Texas"???...that's why I challenged the "team speed" comment. We have a few of those as well 😁...Curious to know if those two are considered a part of the 5 "HD Horsemen" ?How about a "Gentlemen's" bet? A large DQ blizzard to the winner? It will be a great game, and it's all in good fun on here

I absolutely hate this for the kids. West Hardin has a young group and moved up to a no-joke district. (Trust me, we were there the last 3 years) ugh... I understand some of the parents have pulled their freshmen from the team for safety reasons, I pray all goes well for their few players left to go. At this stage, one injury changes your whole game. I'm not the guy to talk smack but I must say...1. Deweyville is not the physically bigger team, we may have more experience on the OL but we're not bigger...and 2. The team speed goes to DV, no question. Please know, I'm not discrediting that HD has a good group but in my own opinion, we are smaller but faster. I like the grit from my team, they are a  very physical and scrappy group. Hoping it will be a great game (hopefully this storm won't hinder this potential District Championship contest....but it is 2020 y'all...lol. Good luck to my Bobcat friends.

Considering the fact that Watson had 12 carries for 293yds (7 of those coming between the tackles) and that their 2 O-line starters just returned for two practices prior to the game, I feel we'll be fine for District play. 

It's easy on this forum to trash the small 2A schools. Understood, our district isn't threatening any State titles. Football is a completely different game when your entire High School football program has 18-24 kids dress and no "legacy" programs here. Hull-Daisetta, High Island, Evadale, Burkeville, Deweyville, Sabine Pass...they simply can't hardly overcome a key injury or two. Sure, they'll line up and play with what they have and they'll take an "L". I know a few "prestigious programs" locally that can't seem to line up due to a twisted goal post or a damaged jumbo-tron. Our boys probably won't get to enjoy a single home game this year, we lost all our stadium lights at our stadium. They just wanna play. And yes, we scraped up enough kids with damaged homes and no power to run up to Cushing and get beat. I'm still proud. And to all of the above mentioned schools in our district...great job on keeping your season together. We have 3 key kids out this week but we'll go to Warren Friday and give 'em all we got.
