There's another way of looking at it: These schools that continue to win Titles either promote from withing to continue their run. OR -- these schools make it a point to find the best candidate in the state that would/should allow them to continue their Title runs. I bet they do not roll the dice on someone that never has coached in Title games or has won one, or more, either as an assistant or HC. To me, it's not rocket science on picking a HC. I would pick the proven commodity. I'll let the other schools roll the dice on the unknown!

I say they were a well coached team that beat a team that had overall better athletes. So, again, a well coached team can win. Point I have been trying to get across here for some time. BTW -- a team doesn't win because of just "one" player. But, I'm not taking away how well the QB performed.
