No panic bud, i'm thrilled. Danaher is the winningest active coach in the state of Texas.

Sometimes there are reasons other than money. Situations and circumstances change in all communities. I believe PNG's offer will be a little less but not much.

There is no mystery applicant. There was a group of folks in the community trying to convince Stump to apply. It aint happening. Danaher is the right man for the job. I think he still has 10 years left and we currently have some good young coaches who could learn a great bit from him.

Satcher is defensive coordinator for Clear Lake. PNG grad under Danny Malone. Danaher from Calallen is definitely the obvious choice.

I would think they would have to be the front runners.

One step at a time. Why do you say that pngfan? You think Alvarez is PNG's man? I don't know about PNG? I think there may be a step to be taken before 5A. I think a step from 2A Kirbyville to A 4A like LC-M or PNG would be more likely than landing a 5A deal. I've seen 1A to 5A before. And 1A to 4A several times. I've also seen 5A guys (coordinators) come down to 1A's as HC's and not be successful. If a person is a good coach, then they can coach at any level. I agee in that it depends on the team and the coach. But, there is a huge difference in 2A and 5A ball in general.

He had 4 darn good recievers, and a tailback that caught the ball out of the backfield well. I think its fair to say they complimented each other. That team had more speed than usual.

I may just be mellow tonight. My back is hurting and I took one of those oval shaped pills the doctor prescribed for me.... ;D Not one of those ones that say M357 on one side. I had some of those when I had my hernia surgery. Made me too tired.

Why do all of you PNG fans want to keep it secret? I don't care one way or another. What I do care about is all the bashing PNGISD is taking from outsiders who have NO involvement in the matter. You guys like to talk tough, talk about the law, talk about LC-M, post other schools lists, and generally dog PN-G. The fact is what you say means NOTHING. You have no influence on the list so quit trying to be an internet hero. The act is getting old. I thought this was a fun site and we could all share our opinions without discrimination of where you are from etc...The fact is Aki that it is really sad that you are getting so worked up about all this... As of yet, no law has been broken, PN-G did not require a master's because we think we are the Notre Dame of high school, are we are better than everyone else, or because Neumann has one, and the list goes on. I could care less whether LC-M released their list, why should someone from LC-M, or Kirbyville, or Lumberton care if we released ours? You still just don't get it.....Release the list and it will be ok, trust me, the sun will shine, the birds will sing, gumbo will still be good. Look, I would LOVE to see the list also. That does not mean PN-G should be bashed by every Tom, Dick, and Harry on this site. I am not bashing the school per se. PNG is a good school. Good academics. Indian Pride is a good thing.
