I'll agree with some of the Coldspring fans that Coldspring coaching staff lost them the game at the end last friday. However, if Liberty doesn't fumble on their own 10 on a kickoff return, and then fumble another kickoff return that actually was returned for a touchdown, I don't see how coldspring would have been able to score. Their only TD other than those 2 came from a deep pass play that caught the panther's off guard, not making an excuse for that one it was legit but either way they dont put up 21 points without those panther mistakes watching that game for 4 quarters they simply weren't good enought imo to drive the length of the field 3 times and score 3 times, they got their one legit TD that came off a long drive and that was it. With all of that being said, Woodville from what i hear doesn't have as many athletes as coldspring. Now idk if that's true , just what ive heard, and if that is the case liberty should handle this one a little bit easier than they did coldpspring. If the panthers can cut out the false start penalties and most importantly, the fumbles, I have the panthers winning 28-12.

Liberty fumbles on goal line down 21-19 coldspring ball 

Liberty drives and scored to open the 3rd, went for 2 didn't get it 21-19 coldspring 

Liberty fumbles kick off return again coldspring returns for TD , maybe I'm bias but Liberty looks like a much better team the quick forced 3 and outs early and drove down twice to go up 13-0 looked like it would get ugly quick, but 2 fumbled kickoff returns leads to coldspring going up 21-13.

Meant the Liberty  kick off return fumble , where coldspring recovered 

Another long pass from coldspring after the Liberty kickoff return gets them to the goal line the corner was ready this time but a heck of a catch by the same guy who scored earlier 14-13 coldspring after a TD run following the long pass

57 TD pass for coldspring , coldspring receiver number 3 burnt jarius hill of the Panthers , pat good 13-7 Liberty .

TD Alex brown , 2pt conversion failed 13-0 Liberty 

Coldspring punter the best player on their team not even a back handed comment either , he does the little running start punt and just absolutely boots it even under pressure

Coldspring 3 an out , then After a muffed punt by Liberty coldspring gets ball on libertys 20 and fumbles , Liberty drives  ,TD Alex brown , pat good 7-0 Liberty

I was not going to post any predictions about the outcome of this game as I was hoping for a good, close game. Now I think someone has rattled a cage and won't be able to handle what's in it...

I guess everyone will have a different answer here. Do you guys always pick your home team each week? Or do you objectively make your picks? Just saw a few BC guys going with Bridge City over West Orange Stark tomorrow which made me think to ask this question lol.

If this game were to be cancelled on that basis, that BCISD is concerned about their players' safety, I for one would find that just as offensive as the post that caused this mess.  WO-S players, upset as they may be, are fully able to control their emotions on the football field and the WO-S coaches are fully capable of controlling the Mustangs.  They have that sort of discipline, discipline that if one or more of the Cardinal players would have possessed, we wouldn't be discussing this situation right now!

Shepherd just got it's first win over Coldspring in over a decade. Who knows Liberty might be next. 

Yeah the loss of coach Barbay has affected coldspring negatively no doubt. When he was there they were competing for state in 4A, well it was 3A at the time class 4A now with the addition of the 6A and the new realignment.

Yeah the strength of schedule so far for Crosby has been A+ , BH more like a C+, Crosby is bigger and faster and has more depth , I'm gunna go Crosby by at least 14.
