I know that I spent $430.00 at Doctor's Express on Saturday for my two sons. I was completely in shock.A regular doctor visit! We have insurance that we now pay more for and receive less benefits. I have never, never, never spent that much on a doctor visit. Healthcare wasn't good before Obamacare but all he did was screw it up more.

Are you really so blind to think that if Citizens United were overturned that all of a sudden the money would stop?  Barack Obama himself is awash in money.  The money would just find another way around.    I agree with laflamablanco... I disagree tragic hippy.  I've never seen anything other than him take a stance against conservatives or Republicans.  I'm a conservative Democrat but I can't vote against my conscience therefore I don't mind giving my vote to the Republicans. But like I said... I'm withholding judgement for now.

I saw this on drudge report. This is an absolute shame. I don't know if this was an oversight or a deliberate action but it's pitiful that nobody saw this. We have a president and entire congress that is woefully inadequate and intellectually bankrupt.

Don't let her suck you in.  SHe has absolutely no idea what she is talking about anyways so what does it matter?  Everyone knows that she can't hold her own in here.  Thinking or putting together a coherent argument is not her forte.

High School sports are definitely needed.  School pride is built in large part due to the rallying around the teams.  For many students that is the reason that keeps them coming to school, making good grades, and attending regularly.  Also for many the coaches are the only moms or dads in their lives.  The only people that have ever truly taken an interest in them.  Sports teaches life lessons , to dig down deep when your back is against the wall, teamwork, etc...Yes High School sports are needed today....more than ever.  Select sports (aka daddy ball) totally miss the point.

You make no sense at all.  Bush is no longer the President.  Obama needs to put his big boy undies on accept the fact that the "Buck" stops with him.  We never heard Bush blaming other Presidents. 

If money was no object, Id have mine going to several camps.  However, being that it is......I prefer to send mine to a speed camp.  I feel that I cant go wrong by making him faster, stronger, and more agile.  Plus its the tightwad in me that I tend to think that a 3 week speed camp vs a 4 day skills camp is more bang for the buck.  JMO and in know way am I criticisizing those that do the other.  As I said, id love to and I do think there is much benefit to those camps.  Would love more info on both the good and the bad ones.  Good thread.

This, in my opinion has been one of the worst deer seasons I've ever experienced.  I say that first that some of the fault may be my own ( or my own family).  My youngest son missed a quality 10 pt on youth weekend.  My oldest thought it fruitful to be choosy and pass up a 5 yr old longhorn spike (which a neighbor 7r old killed 2 weeks later).  I  asked him why he chose to pass it up and he said "It just wasn't what I wanted"..... I then proceeded to tell him through bleeped words that this wasn't the season to be choosy.  LOL he told me "well dad you tell us to shoot the good bucks"... LOL I guess I should have told him that in "dry" years we shoot the culls...  My youngest son then missed another 10  pt last weekend.  I then learned that my oldest has missed 2 does.... He fails to tell me things sometimes....  Meanwhile I'm about to pull their guns from them and begin pulling the trigger myself...  ARRRGHHHHH!

I went a couple of weeks ago with my two sons and a buddy and we brought home 10 reds and 21 specs.  Very nice trip.  My youngest caught a four foot bullshark as well.  My oldest got a three four alligator gar too. 

What size hooks do you use?
