Its so many rumors going around don't nobody knows what's going except the state but I will say this if I was Texas city I would do almost anything to get LA marque more money for the school district, great athletes, bigger school zone and etc

This is interesting thought for realignment. This is what someone came up with.
I decided to go with history and split Austin area in Region 3 and 4. I looked at 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014 and in each realignment, 3 Austin districts were split in regions.
17 - Bastrop, Cedar Creek, Cedar Park, Rouse, Elgin, Hutto, Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, Pf Connally. 9 teams
18 - Bryan, Rudder, Consol, College Station, Georgetown, East View, Temple, Waco, Waco U. I originally had a 6 team district with GISD, WISD, Temple and MF. But I realized that this was the only 6 team district in the area, whether 6A or 5A and thought that they would have a real trouble scheduling non-district games, so I slid MF over and joined up the current set of teams.
19 - Brenham, Magnolia, Magnolia West, Huntsville, Willis, Tomball, Tomball Memorial, Waller. 8 schools
20 - Caney Creek, Humble, Kingwood Park, New Caney, Porter, Splendora, Crosby, Dayton. 8 schools
21 - 3 FBISDs, 3 LCISDs, Manvel, Shadow Creek. 8 schools
22 - 7 HISDs
23 - Angleton, Baytown Lee, Galena Park, Galveston Ball, Barbers Hill, Santa Fe, Texas City. 7 schools
24 - Beaumont Central, Ozen, Lumberton, Nederland, PA Memorial, PNG, Vidor. 7 schools
21 and 23 might switch a lil

No I even saw somewhere said Crosby played a 6a team yesterday so I guess that's not an excuse if you gonna get all butthurt cuz I'm speaking the truth you may exit this thread no one told you to comment on this thread but whatever makes you sleep at night

No one said its no talent in setx its not enough talent to compete with the big teams and no said the coaching is great but you can't always blame the coaches either

Coaches only can do so much are they bad coaching I pretty sure there is but you also have to have the athletes to compete with other schools in the setx area you have some schools who have athletes yr in and yr out but when in comes to the big areas they can't compete thats all too it

Its a combination blaming kids,coaching,and the area but you can't just blame the coaches all the time when there team is not winning

Fan88, there are some who think Nederland and PNG coaches are the reason they got manhandled... then there are the other 99% who saw a physically dominant team walk into and out of the Berry Center with a W. Nederland honestly barely stacked up against the GR 2nd team.

Setx can't compete with the big area schools yes they have talent at certain schools every now and then some schools in the area get far in the playoffs but that's about it you can't blame coaching for everything you have to play with what you got just my opinion

As we clearly can see the rockets players got McHale fired like I said it was a huge mistake by the organization now they need to let some players go

Just a few short yrs ago Dickinson was a middle of the pack team and coach snelson has turned it to a powerhouse school in the short time he has been there I will be there next Saturday afternoon at NRG rooting our county mate to victory

I say the Houston area is better cuz there athletes are everywhere and in setx you have select schools with athletes

Its not about the schedule you can lose all your non district games and win all your district games to make the playoffs when in the playoffs you have to scout well,excite well,play mistake free football and etc

We can go back and forth on this all day but the fact of the matter is setx can't compete with the Houston area setx here and there might win a few against some Houston area schools but that's about it we can all.blame the coaches,the kids,the school,the parents or whoever else y'all wanna blame that's not going to change nothing and that's fact
