Nederland should be banned from the rankings for a least 2 years for losing to GCM. They should have a negative ranking.

Well as a FAN! I will always support my Broncos. Come ran or shine. And I also was a little upset that the band, steppers, and cheerleaders were not there. Way to go Broncos again on a very good game. Congrats to New Caney as well. 

Congratulations Dayton football PLAYERS.  This is the best game I have seen them play all year.  I stress the word players because they have lacked fan support and now their own school.  No band, no drill team, and no cheerleaders to cheer them on.  Before anybody starts making excuses about the weather, those PLAYERS had to endure the same weather conditions and adversities as anyone else in the community and school district did.  Congratulations again and shame on the school officials that didn't make an effort to support them.

My apologies BG. I read your post about WOS in 22-5a and some Indians post about 21-5a and got mixed up. I definitely agree about WOS winning 22-5a though.

Sloppiest overall game I've been to all year. The only 3 good things I saw was Morse balling out, Whaley being tough and Png capitalizing on Central turnovers. 
 
I had 22-5a winning one first round game (central over king) but now after lastnight and tonight 21-5A gonna sweep 22-5a again this year. 

Welp I'll take playoff wins over rankings every week & 21-5a overall looks strong once again,we bout to go watch King tonight(I missed Dayt/King gm=surgery) & yes to honor my bet I'll be in Red,lol cause I know Crosby will be big in the house scouting

When you rank teams within a classification the strength of schedule and head to head should be the common denominators. When you rank them across classifications where they'll never play each other the criteria should mostly be based off win/loss records and who you feel will advance the furthest in their specific class. North shore has nearly three times the enrollment as Crosby and probably three times the talent. Crosby can play with LP as far as the skill positions go but we would be dominated at the line of scrimmage.
PNG lost to 4A-D2 WOS man. You saw when WOS played a good 5A team how they got abused. There's probably 15-20 5A teams in Houston that would beat WOS in similar fashion, yet PNG was held to 14 and lost by 14. Then after getting held to 14 I hear somebody last night say "Did you see how many points PNG didn't score on Nederland". Well, they got double what they got on WOS so is that really showing improvement? The heck with these winning streaks, what happened to actually winning the game when you had a chance?
We've been hearing this same crap for nearly 4 years now about how 22-5A teams improve in district play. Well, they're on the verge of going 2-14 these last two alignments if somebody from that district doesn't win a first round game.
As far as Crosby's strength of schedule we've won by 17 @‌ Nederland, by 34-0 over Angleton who will probably finish 3rd in their district, by 10 points @‌‌ Dayton and just beat New Caney in overtime by one point off of the total we had with Dayton last year in OT. Like I said when the season started, Crosby has reached the point where we're no longer judged on wins and losses but instead on style points.

Just curious, if New Caney beats Dayton this week and finish 8-2. Both losses will be to #1 and #2, will you still have Nederland ranked ahead of NC?

You can't keep playing kids both ways especially at the QB position.  Your best offensive player is #2.  His offensive production suffered because he had to make plays on defense, that and we kept kicking right to him on kick offs for some reason.  By the end of the third quarter Dayton's players were wore out.  You need to find someone to replace #2 on defense.  

I told cougar14.2 Nederland was getting better. All we had to do was wait for the opinion poll to see. Channelview beats Dayton, Dayton beats Ned, and Ned gets ranked higher than both of them.  It's only right.
