I for sure hope Hunt will be at 100 percent and plays.  But if he were to play when not ready, he could get an injury that could keep him from playing forever.  Not worth it just to try to win this game.  I am confident that the Jasper coaches will make the proper decision.

Forecast for Thursday does appear to be free of rain or cold.  Vs rain forecast for both Friday and Saturday.  So Thursday may really be a consideration by both coaches.

Selfishly I would like to have the game on Thursday.  Then I could go to the Silsbee game on Friday.

I don't think Jasper fans are "crying" about the injuries except for the injured player's feelings.  Injuries are part of the game.  But it is just being realistic that if a team loses a player that had over 350 yards in the first game it impacts your chances of winning.  Even so I believe Jasper will still be competitive.   But I do expect a lower scoring game.

Jasper played LCM in Nacitoches I think it was many years ago while Walkoviac was at Jasper.  So it definitely can be done.

So true.  Much better to have a close game and advance than to have a close game and lose.  For almost three quarters WOS got its own wake up call.  Actually good for both teams going forward.  There will be no more easy games.

This game with Bellville was something Jasper obviously needed.  Got challenged and still won.  Jasper will have an intense week you can bet on that.

Bellville, you gave Jasper a wake-up call.  You never gave up.  That should help Jasper get ready for next week.

Considering that Jasper probably has a pretty clear speed advantage, Bellville has done well to keep the game close.

Hup, I cannot bring up RC Pizza on the map at that location.  There is a different Pizza place (Pizza Cucinova), and RC NY Pizza over in Kingwood. 

Perhaps there is a new RC's by the Texan Drive Stadium that has not yet made it to Google Maps?  Or were you thinking Pizza Cucinova?   Please confirm which one.  ??
