Yes, he is playing. Heard the kicker (Ochoa) was back also. The only one I know out will be Grace. He is out for the season after the first two games this year though.
locked and loaded. With everyone healthy I would like to see Trey Edwards get a ton of carries and Craig with a couple big plays. Hopefully this game we can keep the penalties to a minimum and get our offense rolling for this playoff run.

Curious to know Cotton's status. Is he a go?

Joseph Pickney and Nathan White should shine on this stage. They will be important in getting this W. Will also help their recruiting. IMO

There isn't female photographers in Cyber space. Everyone is just screen names. I don't know anyone personally in here. That's the beauty of it. This is a football forum right. Apologize to all offended. Geesh!!!

Trey Edwards gets going early and often.
25 car. 200 yds. 3TD

If Crosby coaches get the chance they will not let off the gas. Crosby probably set a school record for attendance the last 2 games. The Jungle will be rocking.

So I know I'm very biased about this but Tre needs to get the ball that kid is a monster.
didn't see the game. Was listening. How did he look?
-
sounds like Tre can fill the hole of Grace.
-
For him to make that statement and not back it up with any facts/opinion voids his eye test. The only setback Crosby has had this season was losing their 2 stud running backs. The fact that they closed ranks and has found other ways to win games until their backfield is healthy says a lot about the Crosby Cougars.
-
I judge Crosby by the eye ball test. I've seen them. I've read about them and I'm sorry I'm not 100% impressed. When i said how many points PNG didn't score on Nederland I think I meant WOS because 27 is a good amount of points so my mistake there.
what wasn't you impressed by? Give us some constructive criticism.

Lol, where we differ with Dayton is that 7 of those 10 starters coming back are D1 kids. Imagine Crosby's backfield next year with Netherly, Grace and Williams with Jordan Hill and Trey Edwards to throw to on the outside. Not to mention Gray-Brooks who caught the 60 yards strike from Cotton down the sideline. We're not in the same boat as Dayton and we have better player development. We're more than fine with what we have coming back on 2100.
that will be the fastest backfield in the state on any level.

He came out slow and turned the ball over a couple times. But he still threw 2 TD and ran one. He came up big against New Caney in the clutch throwing a 60 yard strike to send it into OT. Then throwing the game winning touchdown. I know what you mean though im still adapting to the way he plays also. Not much to be said when we are winning ball games.

Not trying to fire anyone up from Crosby, but I think their ONLY weak point on offense is Cotton's decision making at times. Against Dayton he seemed dead set on getting the ball to Netherly even when he was well covered. We heard for several weeks leading up to the game about how many weapons Crosby had (which they do) and what a high level Cotton was playing at... I just didn't see it. No matter how many D1 offers your receiver has, you can't just throw it up and not look to anyone else. Then again... maybe coach just went super conservative and just did enough to beat Dayton...

No Forum for Porter? I think we should be resting players for the next to weeks. Who cares if we beat C.E. King, but I know this one is personal.
-
Crosby's Defense made great adjustments. Trey Edwards 178 yards last week. What happened this week?
-
Hats off to New Caney's game plan. Crosby's play calling was sub-par tonight.
-
Great pass Cotton

What's going on with the play calling

Manny needs to play QB the rest of the game

Nathan White is a beast

Offers are rolling in for Manny Netherly. Arizona State, A&M, Michigan State, Mizzou, and Colorado in 24 hours. WOW!

I didn't think we could fill the void left by Carlos, but this kid definitely has what it takes to be the work horse. Just goes to show the depth on this roster. Now we just need the chemistry on the offense to put it all together.
