I don't think a moral victory is ever as good as a actual win over a P5 school.

Just talked to a buddy in Victoria.  He's got a roof leak, a tree on his chicken coup, and his neighbor's barn is in his yard. But his house is still there so that's good. Prayers go to those poor folks down there in that area.  
We just had a pretty nasty rain band come through Kemah that dumped about 3" in about an hour. If this keeps up for the next 3-4 days,  we're proper screwed.

After all that has gone on in the last couple of weeks, nobody would have blamed you for folding up like a cheap tent.  But you guys managed to go farther than any other Kirbyville baseball team ever did.  Your community should be proud of you on so many levels.

Being a Kirbyville alum, this is heart breaking for the family.  But it's also friggin embarrassing to see how the school board and admin has managed this from the get go. I hope the people of Kirbyville come together and galvanize the community,  not divide it like I'm seeing on facebook. Even though i don't live there anymore,  I've always been proud of that little town.  I can't say that today. 

Come on Cats! Knock this aggy out early and make history again! Put all the external stuff to the side and show our community how a team is supposed to look.
