I will say that Texas is an “at will” employment state so anyone “could” be fired for this. The only thing that’s an impermissible firing is one that violates a protected class. Adulterers are not one of those. I merely state that when I have seen an affair become an issue, it’s been between coworkers. I don’t recall any getting fired though. I too have seen pastors fired for getting caught with their proverbial pants down. Obviously it becomes more relevant to the job in those instances.
What if he identifies as an adulteror? Could that be something that protects him? Kinda like the 69 yr old German that identifies as a 49 yr old? Asking for his birth certificate to be changed and the whole 9. Also asking tender to change his birth date so he can hook up with younger women.

Cocaine is a helluva drug, Mack. You should try taking your wife into Temptations and hiring one of their "ladies of the evening" to try some booger sugar. If you're bashful, just ask your new hero Zach... I'm sure he'll fill you in on how to proposition her, with or without domestic violence charges being brought.
Report back here afterwards on your findings.

You unintentionally almost solved this apparently complicated riddle in the first paragraph. NOW go back and reread the first post of mine that you quoted. THEN reread your first paragraph here. I THINK you can solve it from there.
It's like he has a moment of clarity mixed in with 10 straight hours of reading Texags.

Did I say something incorrect?
If it’s all totally made up then Herman should sue the hell out of him. If parts of it are true then Hand Job Herman may be better off letting it go so it all doesn’t come out in court.
Well, I don't think Discovery works how you think it works...

Holy crap! Awesome if true!
What 18 year old, red blooded, football recruit wouldn't want to party with Tom and Michelle??

Is this what SEC good means?

Oh gotcha. I read something about him playing with a broken hand. It was an article about whether he should sit out the rest of the season. I’ve seen a few tech games this year and he’s easily their best defensive player, if not best player period. He does look to have NFL talent. Article had an interesting discussion about what risks players in his situation should take when they are banged up like he is.
Probably the best LB in the big 12. Insert BDF joke here, Mack.

Has a hand injury but they are pretty tight-lipped about injuries in college. I don’t think it’s publicly known if he will play or not (unless something’s been released I haven’t seen). Hope he’s careful with it. That kid’s a pro imo.
His hand is broken, but I think it's his knee that will keep him out, if anything. He tweaked it against ou.

I would say yes, but Nash is right that it is tough to say unless you’re in that position. Most, including my wife, who know me would know it’s ridiculous but I get that the general public was merciless and doesn’t “know” you. I’d also like to think I would have handled it better but again that’s tough to say.
You are 100 percent correct on the prestige aspect. For me personally, that would be the most compelling part of the job. I was using the money part of it as an example for the average joe. A lot would be willing to endure a month of ridicule for $250k + a year for the rest of their life.
Hoops, I like you and think you're one of the greatest assets on this board. But we all know the average Joe didn't go through 4 years of undergrad and 3 more in law school to acquire a JD, plus all the years of additional training to get to where these folks are in their lives.
So yes, ole Cletus the tractor mechanic would probably take that deal in a heartbeat. Others with more potential or opportunities...I don't know. That's why I asked you... It's a fascinating scenario.

It’s about a 36% raise in salary from what he was making with a lot more financial benefits obviously. Not saying money was a problem but I think stating they “ruined this man’s life” is a bit of an overstatement.
A raise from roughly 170k to 250k probably isn't worth the meat grinder he went through. Especially considering most of the attorneys I know make much more than that in their private practices (but you already know that, unless you're a prosecutor). Judges usually don't run for election at local/state levels for the money. They do it for the prestige and benefits. I'd imagine SCOTUS Justices are much the same.
Would you have gone through what Kavanaugh just went through if you were guaranteed a seat on that bench?

Seems to me every school shooting and mass shooting is the Usa have been done by white men. Explain!
Yes, mentally ill people who should've had better access to help. But remind me if they only targeted people of color? Seems to me they were just nuttier than squirrel turds and didn't care who died as long as someone suffered.
Also, Santa Fe HS shooter was of meditteranean/middle eastern decent. My wife ran the paperwork for his mom and sister to change their names.

How about you go enlist fight for your country become a POW then have the potus challenge your heroism.
Who's defending Trump on this thread? I'm certainly not. You seem to have trouble staying on topic. Maybe you'd be better suited keeping your posts in the HS girls basketball board. It's that way ----->.
